While Blackrock Retractable is a relatively new business, it recognizes the importance of giving back to the community.  Not only does this organization support local causes financially, but Mike and his team welcome opportunities to roll up their sleeves and make a difference.    

Mike recently strapped a thirty-five-pound bag on his back and hiked 26.2 miles to raise money for fallen heroes and first responders.  He makes time to work part-time for Home Front, an organization that provides much needed home repairs for area veterans in need.  He is a longtime member of Saint Mary’s Parish, a Lion and active in the Immaculate High School Alumni Community through which he has participated in homeless outreach programs and the likes.      

Paul is active in Kiwanis, an organization that performs service and raises money to help children in the community and abroad.  Paul loves that Kiwanis supports five area Key Clubs through which high school students (including his daughter) develop leadership skills and experience first-hand the joy of helping others.  He is a longtime supporter of the Danbury Animal Welfare Society and recently served on their renovation committee to help build a state-of-the-art shelter in Bethel.
